The trap event Englaro

Today I came across a demonstration against the Berlusconi case Englaro: flags of the CGIL and the PRC, and other ... Slogans, shouting. I thought on a subject so delicate, so mysterious as life itself, so intimate, with a family that suffers slammed on their face and pulled from all sides, I would not feel, personally, to take to the streets to demonstrate. The same goes for life events surrounding the clinic where she is hospitalized in the Englaro. I would much meditation, much more reflection, more listening, a lot more humility in the face of pain and mystery.

Also because Berlusconi stirs us to forget other problems, it divides to conquer, to elicit our reactions cause (the most broken possible) on the ground that he chooses when he chooses. A trap. The Englaro case has gone on for months and years, and only now has decided to tackle the problem, with a Decree Law?!?

In recent months I have been studying the late empire (and Byzantium). Each time an emperor religious or ethical issues raised, and inflamed public opinion was divided, the state is weakened, and the barbarians were progress ... It is not wise in this way divide a country in crisis. I understand the importance of the law on living wills, but there are different ways.
