REGULATIONS Article 1 - Constitution

On May 19, 2010 becomes the official birth of the Committee "ScuolaProgresso - Gessate" formed by parents of children enrolled in nursery school "Olga Malvestiti" Comprehensive Institute "A. Faip '"Gessate.
The Committee is established under Article. 45 of Presidential Decree 416 of 31/05/1974, and pursuant to art. 15 paragraph 2 of Decree 297 of 14/04/1994.
It 's a democratic body, independent of any party organization, political movement and confessional, is voluntary.


2 - Aims

The Committee "ScuolaProgresso - Gessate" started as a body of spontaneous aggregation between parents.
The failure to allocate staff to three new sections of the nursery school "Olga Malvestiti" required by the Headmaster Office Provincial School for the year 2010-2011, revealed among the parents of the need to analyze bottom of this issue, focusing on the goals.
The tools used to achieve this aim are: •
information dissemination, aggregation, debates, discussions and debates;
• actions for the involvement of relevant institutional bodies.
