REGULATIONS Article 1 - Constitution

On June 23, 2010 becomes the official birth of the Committee

"ScuolaFuturo Gessate Elementary -Primary "

formed by parents of children enrolled in primary school" Armando Diaz "of the Comprehensive A. Faip '"Gessate.
The Committee is established under Article. 45 of Presidential Decree 416 of 31/05/1974, and pursuant to art. 15 paragraph 2 of Decree 297 of 14/04/1994.
It 's a democratic body, independent of any political party organizations, political and religious movement, is voluntary.


2 - Aims

The Committee "ScuolaFuturo Gessate Primary-Primary" was born as a body of spontaneous aggregation between parents.
The failure to allocate all the classes full time for five sections of the Primary School "Armando Diaz", required by the Headmaster Office Provincial School for the year 2010-2011, revealed among parents need to thoroughly analyze this issue, focusing on the goals.
The tools used to achieve this aim are:
• dissemination of information, aggregation, discussions, confrontations and debates;
• actions for the involvement of relevant institutional bodies.


3 - Organs of the Committee

bodies of the Committee "ScuolaFuturo Gessate Elementary-Primary are: •
assembly consisting of all members;
• the Steering Committee, elected by the Assembly;
• President
