One of the bands beloved city of the Big Apple, where singer Robert Tierney from the year 1986 was his biggest inspiration to most of the compositions on the themes of the band. Are released with a few singles and EP's in addition to their 1st album "On The Move", but in 1994 edited the latter work with the label Moon Records and cover design with the signature of the Venezuelan Whitey Man ( King Chango). The NY Citizens knew and were able to penetrate into a genre-fusion walked very genuine on the Two Tone Ska, Funk, Punk British and Stax-style soul, unlike the next generation of bands (except for some, by course) that fused the "Beat" with too many Jamaican musical styles while
